What is Hollywood Really Selling - Buff Chris Evans in the Buff, Bloody Kellan Lutz

Not sure what to make of this, but the search query "Chris Evans nude" (and, less frequently "Chris Evans in bondage") has been popping up in my blog stats readout lately...

Of course, Chris Evans is the same super-soldier stud who came out on top in my "Hollywood Movie Studs in Bondage" poll (to figure out who everybody wants to see in bondage, of course!) and the release of Captain America, I'm sure, helped bump up his overall searches: i.e. "chris evans shirtless", "chris evans workout", "chris evans captain america" - hell, even the typical "chris evans gay" and "chris evans alien" queries probably spiked in the last two weeks. (no dis to Chris Evans' hot and gay brother, Scott Evans, apparently on One Life to Live and who Chris describes as "taller and tanner" than he is...YES PLEASE!)

DeathGames in the "Arena" - Kellan Lutz Abducted, Tortured & Forced to Fight

Hats off to my favorite non-kinky blog Io9 for bringing my attention to this little doozy of a flick with the headline: "Watch Samuel L. Jackson Kidnap Young Men and Make Them Fight to the Death"

The new movie, Arena (October 2011) is about a madman who kidnaps fit young alpha-male types and forces them to fight in online death matches. It's been compared to an updated Spartacus: Blood and Sand or a low-tech Gamer but all I really care about is that it stars hollywood uber-stud Kellan Lutz (Twilight, Immortals, 90210, etc.) as David Lord, a particularly athletic firefighter, who's kidnapped and tortured into taking part in these ongoing webcast death-matches against other presumably coerced studs.

The idea of a muscled-up sasquatch like Lutz getting taken by force, tortured, humiliated and imprisoned and then forced to train and fight similar physical specimens is definitely in keeping with the spirit of my blog. I'm thinkin' NakedCombat crossed with BondageJeopardy or Men in Peril, maybe with some StraightHell mixed in for good measure. The industry insiders seem to have pretty dismal views on Arena, and most seem to think it'll release direct-to-DVD (and cable?) when it comes out in October, but for my money it looks like a more entertaining (and sadistic) version of Fighting - the movie that let me down with not enough gratuitous Channing Tatum skin.

Arena also lists Beau Brasso in the mysterious role of "jailor"...

...I know nothing about the guy, but he looks like a scrappy little stud. Maybe we'll get a gratuitous sweaty-n-shirtless head-to-head beatdown battle between Brasso and Lutz for all us "superfans" out here ;-)

Keep an eye out for Beau and Kellan (and Samuel L. Jackson!?!) in Arena this fall!

Barbarian in Bondage - My Hopes for the Conan Re-Boot

I gotta say, the world of sword-n-sandal epic has been sorely hurting lately...maybe it was the horrific flop that was Prince of Persia that cooled the market for such stuff, or maybe it was the eyebrow-raising comedic antics of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in his last outing as the Scorpion King that is deflecting any serious interest away from truly epic warrior swordsmen action films, but the material has been lacking.

Compared to the all-out media blitzes for films like Super 8, Harry Potter, Green Lantern, Thor, Captain America and even Cowboys and Aliens so far this year, I'm not sure what to think about the Conan the Barbarian re-boot coming out in only a couple weeks with comparatively little marketing, so far anyway.

One towering beacon of hope, however, is Conan's lead, gargantuan stud, Jason Momoa. He's really filled out since his Baywatch: Hawaii days...

Dare I say, he's even put on more mass since Stargate Atlantis, as evidenced by his current run in Game of Thrones

Here's hoping we get at least a glimpse of young Conan in chains before the ass-kicking commences - if there's such a thing as a guy with a bod built for bondage, Jason Momoa's has gotta be one of them.

(I know, horrid example, but sadly, Atlantis was sorely lacking for any good bondage and worse yet, Ronan was almost never out of his signature costume)

But, since the guy could wear a garbage bag and hip-waders and make it look sexy, one can't help but wonder if he's being hopelessly typecast as the angsty-yet-soulful young warrior, considering his characters on Baywatch, Stargate, Game of Thrones and Conan are all, on some basic level, the same guy, albeit thrown into different circumstances. His imposing physical stature could have something to do with it, I suppose, I mean you don't waste a bod and look like that on the "comedically plucky sidekick" or the "wise old sage"...it's also entirely possible that it's a racial issue - not unlike the aforementioned Johnson, Momoa's heritage gives him a pretty unique look in the entertainment industry, so I can't help but wonder if he's being offered or not offered roles based on some outdated notion of what "Middle America" finds appealing. (I guess a side-by-side comparison to some equally-massive anglo-mutts like Kellan Lutz or Jared Padalecki is in order, but I'm fresh out of lube, so that in-depth analysis will have to wait)

In any case, bondage or not, here's hoping there are lots more shirtless sweaty scenes ahead in Mr. Momoa's career, and can't wait to see how he measures up to Arnold as Conan.

I think I might've downloaded and installed the Grindr app a week ago, maybe a whole week, and already I am banned. Apparently it's OK to cruise random strangers for sex, as long as there is no actual mention of sex, or sexual practices, fetishes or kinks, adult hobbies, gear, devices, toys, etc. My bad for not reading the Terms of Use/Service or at least Googling "grindr censorship" (TRY IT HERE) before installing the p.o.s.

Summer Movie Studs in Bondage Poll - VOTE NOW!

My trusty readers narrowed down the selection tho these four studs a few weeks back, and now they're going head to head (...to head to head) til we come up with a champion. I WISH I could lock them all in a room with three sets of handcuffs, and the winner would be the last one left standing unbound (or would that make him the loser?!?) but that's a tough stunt to get somebody to underwrite the insurance for, so we'll have to put that off til at least next summer.

Being a period piece however, his hair was sorta, well, big, and his bod was sorta, well, pasty. The publicity shots for Tarsem Singh's Immortals, on the other hand, speaks of Henry's dedication to the gym, fight choreography and tanning....A step in the right direction indeed. Given that this is coming at us in much the same aesthetic vein as 300, I can expect glistening pecs and feats of heroic manliness to abound. So would I kick Mr. Cavill outta my dungeon playroom? No. BUT, there are other fitter and more enticing slabs of beef hanging in this meat locker...

Something about Paul Walker screams "San Diego" - in my head, anyway. Ruggedly handsome, with a watersports bod (you know which type I mean) and those occasional Keanu expressions of cluelessness (close your mouth, kid, you'll swallow a bug!) in stark contrast to that gleaming feral grin of his - dude's sure got a purty mouth. Mini-(Matthew)Mcconaughey anyone? Anyway, his first outing in Fast and Furious got my attention, but Into the Blue really made me take notice. Casting him as a fed isn't really a stretch, but I'd be really curious to see him in a super-hero or some other fantasy role - maybe encouraged to add 20-25lbs of lean mass prior to shooting. Is it too "Hollywood mogul" of me to say I'd take him, but he wouldn't be my first choice?

Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place seems so far off in the hazy past of Ryan Reynolds' acting career that it hardly seems worth mentioning, except for the fact that you could tell he was a sexy little smartass then, and he's only gotten sexier in the intervening years. Van Wilder was tough to frame erotically, yet there was some skin there in all fairness, but Mr. Reynolds really made a splash in a lust-object sort of way with Blade Trinity and then Amityville Horror, clearly after having spent some quality time working out (AND EATING!). These are the final four, as selected by you, my readers, from earlier this year. Half of the movies are out and the other half are coming soon, but I'll give you a couple weeks to sort out which ones are your favorites.
You boys voted earlier in the preliminaries of my Summer Blockbuster Beefcake in Bondage fantasy poll. Basically, which summer movie studs would you MOST LIKE to have in bondage and at your disposal. The choices were narrowed down to these four, two in movies already out, and two in movies still awaiting release.

Henry Cavill plays a buffed-up Theseus in Immortals (from the producers of musclebound 300!) alongside mega-musclestud Kellan Lutz, a bulked-up Stephen Dorff, muscle-daddy Mickey Rourke, B-movie him-bo Corey Sevier, Smallville's studly Steve Byers, and sexy young unknown Joseph Morgan....talk about stacking the deck! Mr. Cavill, best known for his frequently shirtless stint on the Tudors, has also been selected as the next Superman, in an upcoming reboot to the franchise.

A pair of sexy government agents, albeit with two very different operational methods are going head-to-head in the poll as well. Paul Walker of Fast 5ive, the latest fast and furious entry, tied for first place with America's comic book super-soldier, Captain America.

If they tie again, I'm gonna have to contact their publicists to set up an arm-wrestling match (my first choice would be speedo & lube submission wrestling, but I doubt that would fly, sadly - tough to insure!) between the two of them for the tie-breaker ;-)

Completing the transition from cute funny-guy to studly full-fledged leading man, is Ryan Reynolds as the Green Lantern (the Hal Jordan version, for the rest of you comic book geeks!). Apparently Hal's not the only hottie in the Jordan family - look for Martin, Jack and Jim Jordan, played by Jon Tenney, Mike Doyle and Nick Jandl respectively.

That's my quick and dirty answer anyway.

This is also the point where you separate the men from the boys...does your sub strain and tense and let out a low angry growl, or does he arch his back and wail like a banshee? Does he cry and whimper and beg? Does it freak him out and bring him suddenly into the here and now, or does he use the sensation to sink deeper into that dark sweaty headspace called pain-piggery? IML Bound - The Boy Scout Motto

"Be Prepared" is what they hammered into our little brains as Boy Scouts, and the same advice holds whether you're prepping for a camping trip in the wilderness, or bear hunting in Chicago over IML weekend - Be Prepared.

I was getting some of my restraint gear out and thought it wise to check out my collection of cuffs and make sure everything is in working order. I noticed a little corrosion around the keyhole area of a couple (a high-wear spot) and figured I could stand to lube them up a bit to get them ready for play this weekend.

WD-40 is NOT my first choice for lubricating my cuffs...for whatever wonders it works, the formula is too thin for application to cuffs as a preventative lube, it manages to get everywhere no matter how careful you are with it, and the smell is less than subtle (but perfect for that kinky mechanic sex in the garage roleplay you always wanted to try!)

My weapon of choice is usually 3-in-1 oil for its consistency and ability to stay in place longer. I also know guys who use grease and graphite, each has their pluses and minuses, but bear in mind it should be a solution that works for you and something actually easy to get your hands on.

Another item of preparedness is tracking down your handcuff keys....

The standard key tends to fit most mass-produced cuffs:

If you can afford the cuffs, you can afford to get some SPARE KEYS. Just about everyplace you can get cuffs will have spare keys, they even come in packs. There are more specialized keys that make it easier for the operator when he's got his hands full or under low light conditions:

(also much easier to handle when you're hands are all slippery with lube, and you can use it with your teeth if the need arises - or so I've heard...)

Whatever you do, don't take your cuffs out to play without a) having tested the key and locking mechanism first to ensure the mechanism hasn't seized up since the last time you played and b) brining your spare key (or keys) along. Snap a key off, lose it in an airvent or down a drain, whatever - there's a million reasons to have at least one spare, and NO good reasons not to. This is especially true if you're a guy who frequently plays with strangers (no judgements, I promise!) Do yourself a big favor and keep a spare key in your pocket, shoe, the outer zipper of your suitcase or garment bag, wedged in with your luggage tag, tied into your bootlace...somewhere you can get at it if the scene turns psycho or if your captor is somewhat less prepared than I recommend.

By the by: those Boy Scout neckerchiefs make great gags or blindfolds in a pinch.

Why have you kept me waiting? My time is important!!"

The guy in the big Mercedes then roared off and promptly parked in the handicap-parking zone, placing a bootleg placard on the dash. Then he strode off toward the entrance to the exclusive health club, no doubt intent on giving the manager a piece of his mind about the "incompetent wetback parking lot attendant". There was clearly nothing physically wrong with the dude; he was sun-bronzed, 6' 4" about 28 or 29, and in obviously peak physical condition under his tailored suit, emphasized by the brightly colored, "power"-denoting designer suspenders he wore which highlighted his trim waist and defined chest under his designer shirt. One thing I've never posted before are my various tricks for meeting ticklish guys. These are, unfortunately, trade secrets of mine, duly registered with the US Patent Office. But one of my more successful methods, and a true story, I am willing to share for the first time ever. It involves purchasing personal ads in the local newspapers.

Over the years I have refined this method to the point where it just about always works. I first got a private PO Box when I was a freshman in college and I still have it today. I consider it one of my most cherished possessions and the smartest investment I ever made. I started out posting tickling ads, seeking guys interested in being tickled. I changed the wording over several tries, trying to install a sense of trustworthiness, phrasing it as a challenge, or appealing to some deep curiosity never before satisfied. But I just never seemed to have any luck with this approach. However when I experimented with a generic bondage ad, nothing about tickling mentioned at all, I hit paydirt! Now the same tricks with wording I had tried earlier, trying to project a sympathetic and trustworthy personality, appeals to curiosity, all combined to reel in a bigger and bigger catch each time. I found I had still better luck when I didn't limit my ads to the local gay newspapers, but included our area's various free rags, especially those favored by the local fraternities. Adding a mention of my particular fondness for married men (yes, I'm a terrible person), yielded one of my more interesting experiences.

His name was Mark and the little note he sent me was shy and a bit hesitant. He stressed that discretion was vital and he couldn't give me his address or phone number but he too had acquired a PO Box. I sent him my box address and before long we had arranged our first chat on the telephone. He called me from his office. I could hear the distant murmur of voices in the background and when he spoke to me, it was in a low, conspiratorial tone. He assured me he had never done this sort of thing before and something about my ad intrigued him. He was willing to experiment.

I then described to him, in my low, sexy tone of voice, a fantasy someone had once described to me. I don't remember where I had heard it, but the idea wasn't mine. He had evidently never heard anything like this before and as I described it to him I could hear his breathing become deeper. I could practically hear the pounding of his heart. The fantasy went something like this: He would arrange to go jogging some evening on a lonely road in the hills around our city. As I drove to the deserted stretch of road at the agreed-upon hour I saw a form take shape in my headlights, jogging along the right side of the road. Even from the back he was cute. He was dark haired, somewhat lean and wearing black lycra bicycle shorts. Who doesn't love bicycle shorts?? Best of all (I thought) he had the most stunning pair of dark hairy legs I had ever seen. To put him at ease during our whispered phone conversation I had insisted on adopting a signal: If he changed his mind at the last minute, for whatever reason, he was to turn around and begin jogging in the opposite direction, and that would be that, no questions asked, no hurt feelings. Once again I drove by, even more slowly this time, and once more our eyes locked for just a moment. Driving down the road one last time, I turned around and pulled my car up next to him and rolled down the window.

"Hi! You look really tired," I called to him. "Need a lift?"

He smiled. "Really? Thanks, that'd be great."

"No problem. You'll have to get in the back though," I said, indicating the empty boxes I had piled onto the passenger-side front seat. I stopped the car and he climbed into the back seat. In the rearview mirror I saw his eyes dart briefly to the other back door, with the locking mechanism quite visibly missing.

As I drove down the dark road I made idle conversation. "Do you jog here a lot?" "What do you do for a living?" "Where do you work out? I can see that you obviously do."

He was very good in his role, describing how this was the first time he had run this particular road. He had misjudged the distance, felt he could have managed it, but was very grateful for the ride nonetheless. No he didn't work out, he thought I was being kind. He didn't talk about his job, but I would have believed him if he said he was a professional actor.

About two miles down the road I turned onto an old unpaved trail I had discovered the previous day. The car bounced gently from one pothole to the next, tree branches scraping against the roof of the car. Mark was silent a moment, then asked me where I was going.

"It's a shortcut I found. You'll see. I'll have you down the road before you know it."

"I'm sorry, I don't want to offend you but I'd prefer it if you turned around.

You understand," he said, just exactly the right amount of fear in his voice.

He was good.

"We're almost there," I said, struggling to keep the spreading grin on my face from seeping into my voice. He could be good, so could I.

As I pulled into the lonely clearing and pulled to a stop, he told me he was getting out and made a move to open the driver side door. As he struggled frantically with the door handle I hurried out of the car and met him just as he opened the other door to escape. We were about equally matched in size and weight but I had the advantage of height just at that moment. I pushed him back into the car with me and closed and locked the door behind us. He turned and clawed desperately at the window handle. As it came off in his hand (Surprise!!) I began to laugh. Now I'm told that my laugh even frightens those who know me well. He was terrified. He turned toward me, saw the HUGE smile on my face, saw the teeth, and began to scream for help. He began to scramble over the drivers seat as I reached under and found my handcuffs. His act was now entirely TOO good. I had to be quite forceful as I wrenched first one wrist, and then the other behind his back and snapped the cuffs snugly home. He turned onto his back and began to kick wildly. Still laughing I caught one foot, pulled off a sneaker, and repeated it for the other. Now he kicked at me with his ankle-length stocking feet and renewed his cries for help. This was almost getting out of hand, I thought. One kick caught me squarely on the side of the face and had it been just a little bit harder, the whole act would have ended right there, me with a broken jaw. As it was I didn't feel any pain, but I did come to a sudden, dead stop.

The horrifying thought occurred to me just then, that perhaps I had picked up the wrong jogger.

He had stopped kicking too, after the blow to my face. He looked suddenly concerned and asked, "Ooooh, sorry. Are you alright?"

I shot him a long, piercing stare. "Oh my," I breathed. "Oh. You don't know the mistake you just made." He could assume I was referring to the kick if he wanted to. I slipped my body between his legs and began to tickle.

Nothing on Earth is more delicious than that electric feeling of sides and ribs responding to tickling. His feet were small, the tops well tanned like his legs. I liked the way the bones in the tops of his feet ended in long, delicate toes, each of which sprouted a tiny tuft of dark hair. My face was about an inch from his bare soles, which weren't tan at all, soft and pale. I grabbed both big toes in one hand and began to delicately brush his soles with my mustache. He jumped, and giggled momentarily, probably expecting much worse, but this he seemed to be able to endure. I could feel his rigid tenseness beneath me as I moved my mustache over each sole, was rewarded by another giggle when I playfully brushed him under his toes with it.

I tightened my grip on his big toes and pulled them back still more, tightening his arches like a coiled spring. He started panting more loudly underneath me, preparing himself to laugh. He knew, oh yes, he knew.

"I'm SOOOORRY. Please don't. Not that!" he wailed. I toyed with him like this for a couple minutes. Describing the bruise I would no doubt have the next day (delivering another slow stroke down the other sole), the headache I could feel coming on (a quick tickle to the center of each arch), the possibility of a concussion (several simultaneous strokes down both arches with index and middle finger), and worst of all telling him what a sexy laugh I thought he had. I'd really love to hear more of it. A lot more!

"I wonder what would happen if I just started to tickle your feet and decided not to stop?" I mused, stroking his soles continuously now. He was laughing pretty continuously now too, as I abandoned my calm stroking and began to really tickle. I am given more to tickling a man's arches, than, say, toes or heels, although I know these can be utilized to great effect. So this is where I concentrated my torture, lightly and continuously tickling his arches as he began screaming underneath me. The only words he could screech out between his shrieks of laughter: "Shit! Shit!" Finally he ended up wedged between the two front seats. I stepped back into the back seat of the car, leaned down and spent the next ten minutes tickling the shit out of his ribs.

I am running out of room so let me close by saying that, surprisingly, I got another little note from him in the mail a few days later. He thought the experience interesting and might like to try something like that with me again, if I was game. However he warned me I was NOT to tickle him, he HATED it (he underlined the word three times). Then he proceeded to describe for me some of things he might like to try when we got together again. Since none of these were things I was particularly interested in doing, I declined politely and graciously. I saw him, his wife and their cute-as-a-button three year old daughter about a year later at the movies. He pretended not to see me.
